The place was BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN AND SAFE. RIGHT OPPOSITE THE BEACH..EXCELLENT SERVICE AND THE STAFF FROM THE TOP..THE GM MR RONALD,MANAGER'S JEROME AND NIRMAL....STAFF SURESH,SAMAN,LAKMAL,JANAKA,RATHNAYAKA,. AND ALL THE OTHER INCLUDING SECURITY WAS FANTASTIC .EXCELLENT SERVICE AND FOOD WAS GREAT..WILL RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AND TRY OUT THE CHILAX BAR...EXCELLENT

Rooms are spacious, the location, rooms with a balcony and a sea view were valuable after walking around Colombo city. Bed is comfortable. Wi fi was good Breakfast was amazing.

beach facing rooms are awesome. Nearby dwarka indian restaurant for veg option. Convenient to take luxury buses and train if you need to travel to other cities.

Huge rooms with balcony overlooking the sea,2 minute walk to wellawatta Station and pub next door.

All seems to good and specially the beach front from the room

No breakfast offered, front desk staff is quite discourteous. Specially a middle aged man was not hospitable.

Sea facing rooms are major win, opposite is the beach, marine drive, near by indian veg restaurant, near to railway station and bus stop for inter city travel

The place was really worth for the money and I’m a convenient location. Staff were quite friendly and the place was quite clean. Definitely recommend staying here

Good location. Near the beach and railway station. There is a nice bar with a beer garden next door and a KFC!!
